Crystal Ice Colors is a product group for ice rinks and outdoor ice surfaces. Crystal White, ice paint production, started in the autumn of 2010 at our Oulainen, Northern Ostrobothnia production facility.
Deliveries of White ice powder are in 20 kg boxes. Approximately 6-8 packs of ice paint are needed to paint a normal-sized ice surface in ice rink conditions. The powder paint is mixed with water and is easy to use. In addition, it is environmentally friendly as it does not contain harmful chemicals. The color also does not have limestone, making it easy to clean.
Crystal White spreads quickly and evenly on the ice surface, making it a perfectly white surface. However, often many ice rinks need help with the visibility of ice ads and track markings. There is now a solution to these problems: Crystal white ice color.
Advantages of white-painted ice over unpainted:
The colors for marking ice rink lines recommended by the International Hockey Federation are liquid. The standard colors are red, blue, and the light blue color of the paint area. In addition, the color of the televised figure skating event is broken white, recommended by the ISU, which mixes with Crystal White in liquid form.
